No you cannot. MySpace set it that way on purpose to protect the identity of those who wish to remain private. Some people have an account just to communicate with family and friends, and don't want anyone else looking at their page or sending them stuff. MySpace recognizes an individuals right to privacy and created that option for those who wish to exercise it. If it were possible to view their page anyway, then that defeats the purpose of being able to set your page to private and violates your right to privacy.

my brother in law has a friend that is like a totally dork and computer nerd and he knows how! There is a code that you can put in and the page just pops right up!! He wont tell us what it is though!!! Kinda freaky that he knows **** like that!!!
