How do I make my Myspace account PRIVATE???

I just got a myspace and idk how to work it that well. My friend is gonna help me w. it tomorrow. But RIGHT NOW, I need to know how to make it PRIVATE, so only my FRIENDS can look at it. How do I do that? Please help me and do something like step by step and tell me where everything is, when u tell me how, cuz i don't really know where some things are. Thanks!

Right under your name, it says edit profile.

Go there, and to the top right of the page it says account settings.

go to privacy, and it says

profile viewable by:

everyone

everyone 18 and over

friends only

Well, click "Home" and in that box where it says "Hi...Name here..."

It will say "Account Settings" click that.

Then at the top of that page click "Privacy."

And on there you can choose who can see your profile.
