My myspace account set to private. How do I let my myspace layout be shown on the "this profile is set to private..add as a friend" page? I've seen it before, but how do you actually do it?

You have to set your profile's background using the Myspace Profile Editor. Any type of background, font styling, or color schemes you save in that editor changes your profile's base code, which causes it to show up on the private screen as well.
In other words, when you see that design on a person's private screen, what you're actually seeing is a reflection of their actual layout. You can try it yourself right here:
