Ok i was looking for my friend on myspace and i try to message her but I couldn't because I had to be her friend to send her a message but when I added her i had to know her email and her last name but it doesn't work does anyone know how to send a message to a private profile?

Even if the profile is set to private, you can still go to the website, and send mail using the contact box.

Using the contact box (under her main photograph - top LH corner of the page), click 'Send Message' this will send a private message to the user.
It is only comments that are displayed on the profile that you need to be a 'friend' for.
