My mom mentioned to me today that somehow she sees my Myspace profile even though it's set to private. I don't show it to her and she says she doesn't know my password. If she wanted to see it so badly I could have just showed it to her but she goes behind my back instead! I feel like my right to privacy is being violated!

It's very easy to view someone's blocked myspace. You just have to access the code from the internet, plug it in and viola! unblocked page.

Get over it, when you have kids of your own you will understand where she is coming from. She is just trying to watch out for you, like she has done everyday since you were conceived so give her a break and make sure you don't have anything on your myspace you don't want her to see.

If you are a kid, your business is her business. You should not have secrets. It is actually my opinion that people under 18 should not even be on there. She's looking out for your best interest. You may not understand fully until you are a parent yourself, but in the meantime...get off myspace.

You have no right to privacy from your partents when you live at home. Maybe she set up your computer so that it saved all the web pages you visit so she has view them later. Or maybe she is posing as one of your myspace friends. Or maybe one of your myspace friends showed her the bad stuff you were doing. Many other possibilities.
