All this talk about murder and everything is getting me kind of scared...I've seen peoples that you cant go on it unless you are their friend..and I can't figure out how to do it!! Anyone know how??

you can only make your profile private if you are 14 or 15 years old. if you are, it is that way automatically. tom set this up now to protect the youngins. IF you make yourself 14 or 15 just to make ur site private and someone reports you, there are people who do that, just like they do with underage kids, anyway, if someone reports you on false age, myspace deals with it somehow, i think you will get your profile deleted, like the under ageRs. mygen put this up on their site, so it is true, they were warning others about setting their age as 14 or 15.

ps: dont worry about murder and all that. if you dont give much information out, OR add people you dont kno to ur friend list, you dont have to worry.

Be smart and stop using myspace. Myspace is the biggest piece of trash in existence and those who live by it should be put out of their misery. Quit being lazy and make your own website/domain if you want to be seen online.

Well, when i signed up, mine was already private. I dont know how to change it but good luck.
