Don't hack someone's private account. It is set to private for a reason. If you want to talk to that person, you should still be able to send them a request to view their profile. If they wish to talk to you, then they will respond. Be sweet. Be respectful of other's privacy.

I have not found a way. but I am sure there is a way to do it that is out of our capibilities, but i would say no.
