After you go to account settings go to "spam" then you'll have a whole bunch of choices you want to do with you profile. Then just go down to friend request and check "Requrie last name or email adress"

Well when you made your account it would have had 2 boxes to click 1 of which was "Make my account private" because you didn't do this you have to do it a different way.

1.Go to your home page "the one when you log in"

2.Click "edit profile" in top left.

3.Click "account settings" in top right.

4.Click the tab "privacy" at the top.

5.3rd one down it says "profile viewable by" then you can click either

Everyone

Everyone over 18

There you go, just click save changes and there you go :)
